Murray River/Broken Hill Experience
6 days/5 nights of Outback Culture
Teague Tours Murray River/Broken Hill Experience departing Adelaide on Wednesday 24th May 2017 and returning Monday 29th May 2017.
I’m excited at being able to offer 14 passengers the opportunity to join me as we link in with the mighty Murray River at Mannum in SA and follow it as closely as possible through to Wentworth and Mildura.
One of the many highlights of this tour will be on Friday 26th May when I hand my guests over to Graham Clarke, a traditional Paakantyi aborigine and the custodial owner of the ancient lands of the area. Graham is the owner/operator of Harry Nanya Tours and he will take us out to Lake Mungo, a World Heritage listed National Park. This is one full day and will be remembered for ever.
On Day 4 we will travel north to the home of “The Big Australian”, BHP, Broken Hill. Broken Hill is full of history and along with a visit to Silverton (where it all started out there) and The Living Desert and Sculpture, numerous art galleries and museums will be visited over two days there.
Included in this tour is: all transportation, all accommodation, all breakfasts, all lunches and any entrance fees associated with the tour.
Cost per person is $1,600 twin share. Single supplement + $375.
Maximum of 14 passengers.
